Refund policy

At Akmal Hardware, we carefully inspect and verify all products before dispatch to ensure that customers receive the correct items in proper condition. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or after the product has been used or installed.

However, if you believe the product has a manufacturing defect or was supplied incorrectly, you must bring the item to our physical store for inspection and verification.

2. Inspection Process

Before any return, replacement, or refund can be considered:

  • The customer must visit our store with the product.
  • Our team will physically inspect and verify the item.
  • The product must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Any signs of misuse, damage, modification, or installation may void eligibility for return or refund.

3. Refund & Replacement Approval

If our inspection confirms that the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or was supplied incorrectly, Akmal Hardware may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with the same item (subject to stock availability), or
  • Issue a refund for the product value.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed after successful verification by our team.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
  • Products returned without proof of purchase
  • Items purchased in error by the customer
  • Clearance, special-order, or customized items

5. Shipping & Transport Charges

Delivery, courier, transport, Bilty, loading, unloading, and related charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for bringing the product to our store for inspection.
