Karachi Deliveries

• Flat delivery charge: PKR 300

Other Cities

• Delivery charges vary depending on product weight, quantity, dimensions, and destination.
• Shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
• Customers may contact us directly for an estimated shipping cost.

3. Retailer & Bulk Orders (Bilty Service)

For retailers, wholesalers, and bulk purchases, we offer Bilty transport services across Pakistan.

How Bilty Works:

1. You place your order with Akmal Hardware.
2. We pack and dispatch the goods through a transport company (Goods Adda).
3. A Bilty receipt is generated as proof of shipment.
4. We send you a WhatsApp photo of the Bilty receipt.
5. You collect your goods from the transport terminal in your city.

4. Delivery Time

• Karachi orders are generally delivered within 1–2 working days.
• Orders for other cities are usually delivered within 3–7 working days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, transport schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, and courier delays.

5. Advance Payment Policy

• Orders with a total value of PKR 10,000 or above require a 10% advance payment.
• The remaining balance can be paid according to the selected payment method (Cash on Delivery, transport collection, or any mutually agreed payment method).
• Orders requiring an advance payment will only be processed after the advance amount has been received and verified.

6. Open Parcel Policy

To protect both our customers and our business, Open Parcel is not available.

This policy is in accordance with courier company terms, under which the courier is not responsible for any missing, damaged, or exchanged items once a parcel has been opened before delivery is completed.

Additionally, if a parcel is opened and later refused by the customer, it becomes impossible to verify whether the product was returned in its original condition during transit. This may result in product loss, item replacement, or missing accessories.

If you have any concerns about your order before delivery, Akmal Hardware is happy to provide live photos or videos of your packed order via WhatsApp before dispatch, giving you confidence that you will receive exactly what you ordered.\

7. Advance Shipping Based on Order Weight

Once we receive your order, we will check the total weight. Based on the weight, an advance shipping amount may be required to avoid losses from unreceived parcels.

The advance amount will be deducted from your total order amount, and the remaining balance will be paid via COD.

Example:

• 1 kg → Rs. 300 advance
• 2 kg → Rs. 400 advance
• 3 kg → Rs. 500 advance
• 4 kg → Rs. 600 advance
• 5 kg → Rs. 700 advance
• 6 kg → Rs. 800 advance
• 7 kg → Rs. 900 advance
• 8 kg → Rs. 1000 advance
• 9 kg → Rs. 1100 advance
• 10 kg → Rs. 1200 advance
• And so on.

Note: The standard shipping charge is Rs. 300; any additional advance amount is based on the actual parcel weight.

8. Address & Contact Information

Please ensure that your delivery address, city, and contact number are accurate when placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, returned shipments, or additional delivery charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

2. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been handed over to the courier or transport company, cancellations will not be accepted.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation, please contact our team as soon as possible with your order details.

4. Store Rights

Akmal Hardware reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Incomplete customer information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Courier or transport limitations in certain areas
